Sunday’s session uses Saturday’s skating skills and creates game-like scenarios ranging from zone entry/exit to shooting off the pass, cutting to the middle on a rush, and passing through seams. All high tempo.

Pure Skating techniques session. All edges, stride, speed, footwork and agility. Bootcamp style. High intensity, many reps.

Compete style and game skills building off Saturday’s skating techniques. Lots of shots, lots of battles, lots of passing. Players will learn techniques for zone entry/exit and battle angles to excel against competition.
